Broken piece of 61% dark chocolate with added pink peppercorns and lime. Weight 480-500 g. This dark chocolate with only cocoa butter meets pink pepper and lime in a perfect combination. The result is a particular and original chocolate that tries to transgress in a pleasant way.

Pink pepper is actually not really pepper. In fact, unlike black, white and green pepper, pink pepper is the fruit of an evergreen tree and is very similar in shape to a pepper berry. This is why it is commonly called pink pepper or false pepper despite having a completely different and much more delicate and sweet flavor.

Tasting this particular and unique chocolate gives a pleasant sensation and emotion, difficult to find in other chocolates.
