This chocolate is made with cocoa from the Sambirano region, in the northeast of Madagascar.
Taste: very pleasant, balanced in acidity, bitterness and sweetness, although intense, aromatic and persistent. It has marked fruity hints of fresh fruit and a breadth of aromas typical of cocoa.
We recommend tasting at a temperature of 18/20 degrees.
