This chocolate is made with cocoa from the Sambirano region, in the northeast of Madagascar.

Taste: very pleasant, balanced in acidity, bitterness and sweetness, although intense, aromatic and persistent. It has marked fruity hints of fresh fruit and a breadth of aromas typical of cocoa.

We recommend tasting at a temperature of 18/20 degrees.

 

INGREDIENTS:

cocoa (Madagascar origin 63%), sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla extract.

Cocoa: 71% minimum

GLUTEN FREE

May contain traces of milk and milk-based substances, traces of nuts.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
