This chocolate is made with Cru Pachiza cocoa from the Central Huallaga valley, San Martìn Region, in the central north of Peru. Particular care in processing on the plantation allows us to obtain high quality chocolate.
Taste: complex aroma, which offers great satisfaction in tasting: a breadth of aromas typical of cocoa and chocolate, a marked note of fresh fruit, in particular red fruits and honey, a pleasant and decisive acidity, more marked than bitterness . A light note of vanilla characterizes it compared to the standard of single origin Peru.
We recommend tasting at a temperature of 18/20 degrees.
Our chocolate does not contain gluten.
