This chocolate is made with “Hispaniola” cocoa beans selected from some of the most exclusive plantations in the province of Duarte, fully enhancing a top-level genetic heritage.
Taste: very delicate chocolate, slightly acidic, with a hint of vanilla; the scent of cocoa and chocolate emerges. Melting, with a particular persistence in the mouth, just a little astringent with final shades of fresh fruit.
We recommend tasting at a temperature of 18/20 degrees.
