Zabaione Cream Liqueur “Gocce di sole”, bottle of 0.50 l. Typical winter liqueur that can be enjoyed straight and hot, perhaps with the addition of a splash of whipped cream on top. The “gocce di sole” zabaione cream is a liqueur based on egg yolk, sugar and rum. The preparation involves the use of pasteurization, a process that brings all ingredients to a high temperature for a few minutes, then mixed together to obtain a thick liqueur cream. Ideal as a gift combined with our wafer shot glasses. Also excellent for garnishing cream and milk-based ice creams or as an alcoholic dip for the preparation of sweet recipes.
