EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Visiting the artisanal laboratory of Cioccolateria Veneziana is an unmissable opportunity for chocolate lovers to better understand the fantastic world of cocoa and also to discover the secrets of good homemade chocolate.

The visitor will be accompanied by one of our managers to discover

History and culture of cocoa: where it was born, the plant, lands of origin,

some historical notes and legends of the Mayan/Aztec world,

the various stages of processing and the therapeutic and health properties.

Thanks to the support of educational material and some videos we will try to explain

in a simple way how chocolate is made “from the bean to the bar“

and the different types of chocolate that can be created.

Finally a LIVE demonstration on chocolate making.
