We only use pure chocolate and famous gentle three-lobed hazelnut from the Langhe in Piemonte. You will receive a broken piece of milk chocolate that contains pure chocolate with no added fat only with cocoa butter. The minimum cocoa content is 36.5% which makes the product a high quality product for artisanal processing. Our chocolates are entirely handmade to offer the utmost in artisanal chocolate quality.
We use a low percentage of sugar.
Our chocolate is gluten-free.
INGREDIENTS:
milk chocolate (cocoa: 38% minimum) (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), round toasted gentle three-lobed Piedmont hazelnut (35%).
