We only use pure chocolate and famous gentle three-lobed hazelnut from the Langhe in Piemonte. You will receive a broken piece of white chocolate that contains pure chocolate with no added fat and little sugar. We only use cocoa butter.
The minimum cocoa inside the bar is 70% cocoa min.
Our bars are entirely handmade to offer the utmost in artisanal chocolate quality.
We use a low percentage of sugar.

dark chocolate (cocoa: 70% minimum) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), round toasted gentle three-lobed Piedmont hazelnut (35%).
